Dr Örjan Andersson was elected as the new Chairman of the Board

Dr Örjan Andersson was elected as the new Chairman of the Board. The former Chairman Mr Kai Lähdesmäki will continue as a Board Member. Professor Antti Yli-Urpo
resigned from the Board but he will attend the coming Board meetings as an adviser.

CEO Harry Jalonen: I am pleased on behalf of DelSiTech that Dr Andersson has joined the  Board bringing in new expertise in technology and that the valuable expertise of Mr Lähdesmäki and of Professor Yli-Urpo will still be available for DelSiTech.
